Add the garage as one space that holds several cars, instead of handing out fixed spaces. When someone chooses a time, the app shows how many are free for that whole time.

You handle everything in the browser
On the company’s page you handle the spaces, the members and the invoicing. There are three roles: administrator, manager and member.
Spaces and bookings
Add and pause spaces, see upcoming and ongoing bookings, and cancel a booking that has not started.

Who has joined, their roles and the codes for those without a work address.
Invoicing
Your invoicing details and the invoices you have received.
The public page
A page with the company’s name and presentation that anyone with the address can read. The spaces are only visible to employees.

You register your interest
We get in touch and set up the company, with your email domain.

Add the garage or the car park and state how many cars it holds.

Employees join
Anyone with a confirmed address on the company’s domain joins without a code. Others get a code from you.

They book, you have the overview
The spaces are booked instantly and free of charge, for a few hours or a whole day. You see who is parked where.
Good to know
What does it cost?
The pilot is free. After that, the company pays a fee per space and month, by invoice. The size of the fee has not been set yet.
Does it cost the employees anything?
No. The spaces cost nothing to book.
Who sets up the company?
We do, after a call with you. We also add your email domain, so that employees can join without a code.
Who can book?
Only those who have joined the company in the app. Others cannot see the spaces.
