Website privacy

This page applies to the website. If you use one of our apps, that app’s own privacy policy applies (currently in Swedish only): AntPark.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Antworks AB, company registration number 559592-5446, Grävlingsstigen 39, 139 41Värmdö, Sweden. Questions: hej@antworks.studio.

What we collect

When you write to us

Your name, email address and what you write in the contact form. We only use it to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer questions. The message is kept while the matter is ongoing and is deleted no later than twelve months after it has been closed.

When you want to be notified about a launch

Your email address, which app it concerns and, if you give it, which country you are interested in. We send you a message when the app can be downloaded, and then delete the data. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

When you visit the site

The web host keeps technical logs, for example IP addresses and which page was requested, in order to run and protect the website. They are deleted automatically after a short time.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no cookies and no visitor analytics. If you choose the light or dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser so that the site looks the same next time. It never leaves your device. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when the page loads.

Who we share data with

The data is handled by our email provider and our web host, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell any data and do not pass it on to anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to find out what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. Email hej@antworks.studio. If you think we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
